Eric can be found onstage at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres performing as electric guitarist/vocalist in Always... Patsy Cline. The schedule is as follows;

Wednesday and Saturday 1:15pm
Also, Eric currently performs at Potbelly Sandwich Works in Coon Rapids, MN every Thursday and Friday from 12pm-2pm. Stop in for a sandwich and some good tunes.
